Lawrence Hirsh is a Partner with Melner Hirsh Associates. He is a problem-solver who develops and transforms treasury, finance, and accounting operations and technologies to optimize efficiency and strengthen organizations. 

 
Drawing on 20+ years of corporate and management consulting experience with domestic and multinational organizations, Lawrence identifies hurdles to operational success, partners throughout the organization to develop a strategic framework, and implements solutions. Inclusive of teams, processes, controls, technologies, and implementations, our solutions support the client strategic frameworks and improve profitability.
 

Lawrence has developed, improved, and lead treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, and accounting teams and projects. He is experienced in presenting to Boards, executive leadership, and conferences, and has exposure to a variety of industries. Lawrence holds an MBA in finance from the University of Maryland, is a Certified Treasury Professional, and a Certified Scrum Master.
